Aqua Honey Creations – Booking Policies & Terms
We’re so excited to be part of your special moment. These policies are here to keep everything clear, smooth, and stress-free for both of us.
1. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at least one (1) week before your event. Your date is officially reserved once payment is received.
2. Final Sales
All bookings are final due to the custom nature of our designs and services.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If plans change, please cancel at least one (1) week before your event. While payments are non-refundable, rescheduling is welcome anytime based on availability.
4. Custom Designs
Each setup is uniquely created for you. We aim to match your vision as closely as possible, though slight variations may occur based on availability and design execution.
5. Setup & Access
Clients are responsible for providing timely and confirmed access to the event location. Delays in access may impact setup time and final presentation.
6. Timing & Delays
Setup and breakdown times will be arranged in advance. Additional time, waiting periods, or last-minute changes may result in additional fees.
7. Care of Décor
All décor items remain the property of Aqua Honey Creations unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse during the service period, and replacement fees may apply.
8. Venue Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring all venue, hotel, or Airbnb rules and permissions are followed. Aqua Honey Creations is not responsible for any restrictions, penalties, or denied access from third-party locations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aqua Honey Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, venue issues, or access restrictions). By booking, you agree to release us from liability related to the use of our services and décor.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered when possible.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided.
12. Agreement
By booking with Aqua Honey Creations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses located within the United States only.
Processing and Handling
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
- Orders are processed at our principal office in Louisville, KY.
Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates
- All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
- Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Refund Policy
At Aqua Honey Creations, each setup is custom-made just for you, so all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least one (1) week before your event date. While refunds aren’t available, we’re happy to offer rescheduling at no extra charge (based on availability).
